As Regional Manager, you will oversee these locations, drive performance, and foster a culture of collaboration. About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across Ciclo’s locations. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold Ciclo’s high standards, and support the continued growth of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across three Ciclo locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to Ciclo’s high standards for coffee preparation, product quality, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage labour and scheduling to optimise productivity while controlling costs.
  • Conduct regular visits to each location to provide guidance, ensure compliance, and foster team engagement.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate ordering and reducing waste.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Identify and support talent development, fostering a pipeline for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Senior experience as a Store Manager within a coffee concept is required.
  • Multi-unit management experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, labour management, and operational cost management.
  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to upholding Ciclo’s quality and service standards.
  • Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to foster teamwork across multiple teams.

Compensation

$65-75,000 + gratuities + 3 weeks vacation + health benefits
