About the Role
At Acquafarina, our bartenders are more than mixologists – they are artisans of hospitality. You will craft cocktails that pair seamlessly with our culinary creations, weaving tradition and innovation to provide impeccable guest experiences in one of Vancouver’s most celebrated establishments.
Responsibilities
- Craft innovative, high-quality cocktails and beverages reflecting Acquafarina’s standards of excellence.
- Provide exceptional guest service, offering expert advice on drink selections and pairings.
- Maintain accurate bar inventory and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Ensure the bar remains immaculate and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Process payments efficiently while identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Foster a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Assist in training new bar staff, sharing knowledge to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in hospitality.
- Passion for creating distinctive and memorable beverages.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certification.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
- Commitment to teamwork and seamless service delivery.
Compensation
$17.40/hour + gratuities
